ThoroughClean Universal AC Hot Box adds diesel-fired hot-water capability to a compatible pressure washer.
Add hot-water capability to a compatible pressure cleaner. QCAS can check the pressure, flow, electrical supply and hose connections before recommending this standalone diesel-fired boiler.
The boiler is rated for up to 4,350 psi (300 bar) and 18 L/min, with water heating up to 90°C. It is an add-on boiler, so a compatible pressure washer is required.
Tell us what you need the Universal AC Hot Box to do and where it will operate. Based in Toowoomba, QCAS supplies and installs equipment throughout Queensland and New South Wales, and further afield if required. We will confirm the proposed configuration, current availability, price and installation scope with your quote.
Pressure washer hot-box accessory
No. The Universal AC Hot Box is a standalone diesel-fired water-heating accessory for a compatible pressure washer. It heats water supplied by the pressure-cleaning system; it does not replace the pressure pump. Ask QCAS to check your existing machine before selecting this add-on.
The Universal AC Hot Box is listed for up to 4,350 psi (300 bar) and 18 L/min. These are accessory ratings, not an increase in your washer’s pressure or flow. QCAS should check the complete system’s pressure, flow and temperature compatibility before supply.
The Universal AC Hot Box uses 240 V AC controls and a diesel-fired boiler. Its electrical supply and its burner fuel are separate requirements. Ask QCAS to confirm the exact current rating, plug and supply requirements for the proposed package before installation.
The Universal AC Hot Box listing specifies water heating up to 90°C and a 20 L stainless-steel diesel fuel tank. The 20 L tank holds burner fuel, not cleaning water. Follow the model’s operating instructions for the intended temperature and heating setup.
The published Universal AC Hot Box package lists two 3 m connection hoses rated at 5,000 psi. That rating alone does not establish complete-system compatibility. Ask QCAS to check the washer output, hose temperature ratings, couplings and downstream equipment when quoting the hot-box installation.
