QCAS designs and installs compressed air distribution pipework for workshops, factories and processing facilities. We scope new air lines, ring mains, additional outlets and changes to existing systems around the required flow and pressure at the point of use. Based in Toowoomba, we carry out installations throughout Queensland and Northern NSW, with work further afield considered for suitable projects. Routine servicing and breakdown support are available within a 200 km radius of Toowoomba.

We consider the layout, distance to outlets, simultaneous demand, isolation points, drainage, maintenance access and future expansion when scoping pipework. For an existing system, tell us where pressure problems or leaks occur and when they affect production. The cause may involve the distribution network, treatment equipment, controls or supply capacity, so the appropriate first step may be a system assessment.

These projects illustrate why pipework should be planned with the supply equipment and the way the site uses air. Send your site location, a floor plan or layout sketch, compressor details, operating pressure, required outlets and the equipment each outlet will support. Include approximate pipe runs, expected operating hours, planned expansion and any production shutdown constraints. For an upgrade, describe the existing pipework and the symptoms you want resolved. QCAS can then assess the distribution layout, connection requirements, installation sequence and any related treatment or compressor work.
